              Triangle Aquatics Employment

              Triangle Aquatics, LLC is a partner of TAC, with proceeds going to the benefit of the Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to build and operate quality public aquatic facilities throughout the Triangle. Extending that mission from its operation at the Curran Aquatic Center, Triangle Aquatics: Service & Consulting brings their expertise to communities and businesses with pools throughout Wake County. Wake county communities have been consistently rated by Money Magazine as one of the country's top ten places to live.

              Pool Manager / Assistant Manager

              Minimum Age: 21
                
              Experience: Multiple years as Lifeguard, with at least two years in responsible leadership position.
                
              Certifications: Lifeguard, First Aid, CPO strongly preferred.
                
              Job Duties: Manage pool facility, schedule lifeguards, head lifeguards, and/or attendants. Perform supervisory tasks as well as lifeguard while on duty. Responsible for identifying issues and quickly resolving or reporting them to management.
                
              Shifts: Varied shifts; including holidays, weekends and evenings up to 40 hr/wk.
                
              Compensation: $9 - $13 / hr
              Pool Manager Application

              Lifeguard

              Minimum Age: 15
                
              Experience: One season of lifeguard experience, proven leadership.
                
              Certifications: American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR for Professional Rescuer, First Aid.
                
              Skill Set: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal communication.
                
              Job Duties: Perform lifeguard duties as well as supervise daily pool operations while on duty. Must follow and enforce all pool policies and rules at all times. Must be able to verbally communicate with both public and staff effectively.
                
              Shifts Available: Varied shifts; including holidays, weekends and evenings up to 40 hr/wk.
                
              Compensation: $7.75 - $10 / hr
